Prologue :
   
Edward I (17 June 1239 – 7 July 1307), popularly known as Longshanks and Scotorum Malleus-"Hammer of the Scots", achieved fame as the monarch who conquered Wales and who kept Scotland under English domination during his lifetime (the bastard). He reigned from 1272 to 1307, ascending the throne of England on the 21st of November 1272 after the death of his father, King Henry III of England. His mother was Queen consort Eleanor of Provence.

Design notes : the Wax Relief Mold was machine cut from the extruded artwork & and came complete with a Traditional style handle finished with a solid brass end.
